Capital Street Group Investment Service Inc., a BC Corporation., was formed in 2006 as a Limited Market Dealer under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Securities Comission, to helps accredited investors worldwide access timely information on private placements, particularly in Canadian resource companies. Capital Street Group is a member of the EMDA (Exempt Market Dealers Association).

On September 28, 2009 a change in the securities regulatory environment means that Capital Street Group is now an Exempt Market Dealer operationg in BC regulated by the BC Securities Commision and ontario securities commission.

Traditionally fundraising, the intersection of investors and investee
companies, has been a hands on, people business. We believe in keeping the best part of that process, the relationships with people, and using technology to enhance the process.

We already use technology to keep our investors commuity abreast of new investment opportunities, and changes with existing opportunities they need to know about. We do that online, believing technology has offered us a chance to break down barriers between what might have only been the domain of the largest companies just only 15 years ago. Technology also helps us link issuers with interested investors more efficiently than ever before.
